What Does a Typical Session Look Like?

Our first session will involve getting clear on your deep soul desires. We need a point on the horizon that we are moving towards. Life is a co-creation with the Universe after all. We are not passive observers of life, but rather interactive weavers of our destiny. During the first full length meeting, Nicole guides you through a process of crystalizing your desire/intention. It’s helpful if you have some idea of what this might be, but you certainly don’t need to have anything fully formed to begin the journey.

Some examples: “I am joyfully living in alignment with my heart, doing work that feels fulfilling, uplifting, and easeful.” Or, “I am in devotional union with others that feels sovereign, liberating, deeply intimate, and joyful.”

The desire/intention acts as a focus point, leading the soul on its journey. The desire may change as we evolve. It should! We may only hold a desire for a short time, in order for us to move through an alchemizing portal we needed for our own evolution. 

All our sessions thereafter are guided by this desire/intention. We peel away the layers of the onion. With the body as our guide, we begin each session by attuning to the energy of this desire. We invoke the five senses in order to bring this desire down into the primal brain, the most basic level of our being. From here, we ask the body to show us what is holding us back from this desire becoming a reality.

And the adventure unfolds from there…

After 10+ years of working intimately 1:1 with hundreds of humans, a basic roadmap has arisen that Nicole sometimes follows. It circles us through the four directions/seasons/elements. Trace anyone’s lineage back far enough and they likely had ancestors who followed some rhythm of the seasons through the changes in their lives. This wisdom is held deeply in our DNA, and rises unconsciously as we begin to rewild, and connect to this deep force within, the natural alchemist/healer/wise one.

Sometimes we follow a traditional path through these four gateways. Because of Nicole’s lifelong study of kundalini, she naturally begins in the south. However, each individual might find themselves weaving through the seasonal portals in a different way, reflective of their ancestry and soul/life experience. Each individual might also have different themes arise for each direction. 

Sometimes we journey through all four directional gateways in one series of meetings together. Other times we spend a year on one direction. Each journey is highly individualized.
