Creed
I come from a line of (sometimes secret) mystics, healers, artists, wise and wild women. I've known things about the world I that I haven’t been able to explain. I believe there are many of us who have this story. Maybe you, too.
I remember laying in bed in quiet moments all to myself, raising my kundalini at will. I felt the immense pleasure of aliveness, of beauty, of love, surge through my body.
I remember lifetimes in temples, worshipping the goddess through movement, song, ritual, ecstatic alchemical arts, direct communion.
I believe there is a new consciousness emerging from the spirals in our DNA. Call it new earth, kundalini rising, whatever you like.
The goddess is rising. She is surging through our bodies like an orgasmic wave, transforming our every cell to radiant love.
This evolution can look like death. This evolution can be deeply embodied ecstasy.
The more we resist, the more suffering we experience. I’m here to support the unfolding. I’m here to create cocoons of love wherein we can experience the fullness of our human life. We can ride the waves of terror, pain, anger, sadness, pleasure, bliss, joy, and everything in between. When we know how to surf the waves, that’s when we’re really having fun, when we’re really making good use of our precious life.
I believe every body holds individual strands of the luminous tapestry we are weaving together. When we align with the rising collective orgasmic current, we take our place among things. We are once again held by the greater whole. We are woven into belonging. We are a luminous thread in the great tapestry of the Universe. There is no greater bliss than this.
I am here to support those who know things but don’t know how they know them. I am here to remember alongside you. I am not your guru. I don’t have all the answers. I do know that lit souls light souls. May my remembering ignite yours. May these cocoons remind you of the temples we once danced in, and will again soon.

My Story + Trainings
While my childhood was quite normal in many ways, I was also raised amongst mystics/healers/wild ones. I learned to read chakras around the same time I learned to tie my shoes. Like many children, I had a close relationship to spirits and beings in other dimensions. These relationships were encouraged by those around me and so, I never lost touch. (Well, except for my teenage and young adult years that included some VERY wild (and fun) times.)
These connections to the other worlds have continued to guide me in my work. All of my offerings come directly from the other realms. The spirits I work with are interested in the highest good of all, the evolution of consciousness, and supporting us in having as much fun as we can while in these human bodies.
My formal trainings: I hold a BA from the University of Minnesota in Creative Writing and Italian Studies. I have a 220 hr YTT certification in tantra hatha yoga, and one 220 hr YTT in kundalini yoga + meditation. I also hold certificates for extensive training in: advanced kundalini yoga + meditation, Toaist tantric arts; sex, love + relationship coaching; yoni egg; classical + neo tantra; shamanic studies; Thai massage; and herbal medicine. I’ve had extensive non-traditional study in astrology and shamanic traditions with elders (mainly Lakota, Q’ero, and Sámi).
Endless gratitude to all the teachers and wisdom keepers that have illuminated my path.
I weave the embodied wisdom from these various traditions, with my own explorations and connections, to create my offerings. This creates a strong and powerful weave of luminous wisdom to hold a life. I believe we are living in a time wherein innovation is necessary for thriving.
In my every day life, I love to indulge in simple pleasures. I love the natural world and can often be found naked rolling in dirt or swimming like an otter, or singing at the edge of a stream. I love gazing at stars, exploring hot springs, talking to plants, and basking in the sun. I also love to cook healing foods, make medicines, dance, write poems, make art, make love, and giggle with my friends.
